I have a broody hen, and I wanted to grow out some freedom rangers sometime this spring. I found freedom ranger hatching eggs directly from the hatchery. My concern is what are the chances of the eggs freezing in transit? I’m located in PA and winter temps can fluctuate wildly. This week for example is going to be in the 20s with lots of snow.

Here’s where I’m ordering them: https://www.freedomrangerhatchery.com/shop/product/hatching-eggs/

Shipping hatching eggs can be risky in cold weather because the cold temps can cause damage to the inside of the egg making it unlikely to hatch. If you want a good hatch rate, I'd wait until it warms up some more. Good luck!

Shipping eggs usually have low hatch rates under good weather conditions me personally would not knowingly do things in less favorable conditions to hot/cold. Same would go for hatchlings. But I'm sure it is done all the time.
