Too cold?

My girls turned 8 weeks old today....
my coop is just finish, so I brought them out this morning.
The 13 of them are settling in nicely.
My concern is that I just looked at the weather, and the overnight low is 39 degrees tonight!!!!
I have Orpingtons and Wyandottes, both breeds are cold-hardy.
What do I need to do?
Heat lamps again?

They should do just fine, not that cold for cold hardy,fully feathered birds.

WHAT TEMP DID YOU HAVE THEM AT BEFORE BRINGING THEM OUT? THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFF HEAT LAMP BY NOW, RIGHT?

My chickens are brooded out in the barn, so at 6 weeks, they are pretty much off heat and fully feathered. Yours should be fine.

Your birds look nice.

Mine were about the same when I put them outside, and the temp was 32 degrees, and they were fine!

Don't feel bad, mine are still indoors at 8 weeks because I'm worrying about our crappy weather.

They have been off of the heat lamp for two weeks. But they were in my basement and coldest temp was probably 60...
