So input my pullet and cocks in with my big girls and changed the food to chick is it too small?

That looks pretty small. How old are your young chickens? If they are feathered you can leave it at the crumble size that it comes in in the bag.
 
They're 13 weeks it's special organic stuff we got from a lady who sells feed
That's plenty old enough. It probably won't hurt to leave it like that, but larger crumbles are ideal. Also, if you are using that feed for your entire flock, be sure to give your older hens a source of calcium such as oyster shells, as chick feed doesn't have enough to sustain egg laying and a hen's other calcium needs.
