My roo has been laying around since yesterday. He does come out and walk around but isn’t running for food. That is very odd for him. Today I noticed both of his spurs are broken. One is almost gone. I’m thinking he may have been in a fight with something. The rest of the flock are all acting normal. What should I do for him? Its not respiratory. His breathing is normal.

Are the spurs bleeding? Do you see red or pink quick at the ends? If so, he may be in pain. It won't last but a few days, and then the ends will harden and begin to grow new spur covering the raw parts.

You may give him a chewable aspirin two times a day. That will reduce his pain by a good amount.

Post a picture of the damaged spurs.

It might be best to cut them off with a dremel tool as the heat from the rotating blade will stop any bleeding and cauterize the wounds.

After catching him and examining his spurs they are not bleeding and they are hard. What we did find is a swollen toe and what I think is the beginnings of bumble foot. Thankfully we have felt with this before and soaked , medicated and wrapped him up. Hopefully since it hasn’t turned black it will heal up pretty easily.
