too hot to ship chicks?

I got 25 chicks and 6 keets from Ideal two weeks ago. Our temps in TX have been 95-105 every day since then and they were fine. For me they didn't have far to go, though. (About 3 hours.) I'm ready for fall. These 100+ degree days are wearing me out!

Had a shipment of 17 chicks sent to me on a 90 to 100 degree weather and they made it just fine.

I'll trade ya your 80s for my 90s with heat index of 115 to 120 We have no A/C so we have to tough it out Fall please get here

Don't mean to beat a dead horse here, but your chicks should be fine. I'd be more worried about hydration than temperature sensitivity. Our chicks seemed to handle the South GA heat just fine. Best wishes with your new chicks!

got my 26 meaties today from Meyers! long trip two days traveling and all arrived healthy as little horses!
