My broody hen just recently stopped laying on her eggs at day 18. I had them under a light bulb with a sponge all night at 100 degrees and I just now put them in the incubator hoping they'll still hatch. The temperature is at 100 degrees but the humidity is at around 70-75. I don't know if it's too high for day 19 eggs.

I incubate with 70-75% humidity at lockdown/hatch (which is what days 18-hatch is) so I would say no, it's not too high

You and I both are going through the same grueling ordeal! My silkie stopped yesterday which was day 18 for me as well. I had the heat lamp and wet sponge last night until I finally got the incubator balanced out. My incubator is at 101 with 75% humidity, which I've been told is good for 18 day-ers.
