Too large of a crop

Looks like my chicken has too big of a crop, seen this before hers is spongy when I massage it , I'm able to leave my hand print on the surface , wondering if there is any way for me to empty her crop and how to do so ?

Sounds like sour crop.Feel it and see if it is hard if so it probably is sour crop. How long has it looked like that?
Some people say massaging it after you feed it yogurt but there are many opinions.
I have had a chicken die because we didn't catch it in time. I hope this info helps.

Check her crop early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything and see if it emptied.

Whatever you do, DO NOT flip her upside down and massage towards her beak in hopes of helping her empty the crop (by having her regurgitate.) They have no gag reflex so it's very easy for them to aspirate. The stories I've read of people desperate to help their babies only to watch them pass away after convulsing is numerous and heartbreaking.
