Too large Rooster making breeding difficult.

:/ He should be mature enough by now! At what age do his chickens normally start breeding? A whole 6 months to a year after a normal chicken?!

It's your call and since you've gone to such expense to import them, maybe AI would be better suited to your situation in case you lose them to illness, injury, predator, theft, whatever... Lots of things can happen.

Well i contacted the breeder and informed him about the problem he told me to wait as the male needs more time to mature fully. So i dont know what to do with him.
One thing which i just remembered is that i kept this male with few cochin hens and my wife told me today that she got few eggs during that time, they along with other eggs will hatch on 29th of this month they all were fertile last i checked. lets see what happens. will post pics of chicks for you to check presence of any brahma signs in them
