We got 10 banty hens from a neightbor that were never outside of their coop. They have super long claws. Do we clip them? When we let them out to free range will they wear down? Help this newbie, please. Thanks!

Well, if they can still "aim down" I'd just let them run around and wear down. Now if they are all bent sideways out of wack, I'd trim them. Be sure to have that quick stop or corn starch to stop the bleeding if you do get the quick of the nail.
