too many eggs

my hens are giving me more eggs that I know what to do with. I'm trying to sell some. Any suggestions on what to do with my excess?

You can sell them on Craigslist give to friends add to dogs food, sell if fertile for hatching, donate to soup kitchen or shelter, you can also freeze omlet makings in a ziplock and nuke in the bag!

I hear ya...we get 5 a day which is way too many for the 2 of us! I give quite a few away, sell a few and I donate them to our local food bank. They're generally short on protein rich foods, so they're always really glad to have them and I feel good that some of the children are getting some good protein as well.

You can dehydrate them also and have egg powder for baking.

How do you dehydrate eggs?

I scramble mine then spread them on the dehydrator trays. When dried thoroughly, I put them in the food processor til they're powdered, then in a canning jar with a tight lid and into the fridge for storage.
