Hi SelfSufficientMe, we will be starting our first hatch in FL (north central). You mentioned dry hatching. My experience has been in Delaware in winter when it is dry. Can you share tips about hatching in the humidity? Delaware could be humid but never incubated during those months. I am getting some Silverudd blue and I want to be successful and I know it will be different from my past experiences.Possibly with the snow. I’m in Florida so dry hatching is doable bc humidity is so ridiculous. Just want to be careful during hatch time so I add water on hatch day and keep the bathroom steamed if I need to open the incubator.
It sounds like you’re having a good hatch
Thank You
