There ya go. My intuition was accurate.

On this, my 2nd Monday of the week, my work computer has decided I should have only intermittant access to the internet. It's been doing this for about 3 weeks. The call-in IT people (who actually get paid to repair computers) have run numerous diagnostics, after IE had the audacity to bump them off the net a few times. They still can't figure out what's wrong.

I would like to know what Sys-Fader is, is it a cousin of Darth Vader? Is the Force against me to such a degree? Whatever Sys-Fader is, it mocks me as I try to boot my system without the use of my foot, prompting me to want to boot it in a more physically satisfying manner.


The largest irony? When it works, it likes BYC. It does not like the sites I am required to use for my job.

Sometimes I like to actually get some work done, as it keeps other people from making my new Mondays worse than the previous Mondays.
