I have 6 chickens of which we have2 roosters, if this is a problem I really don't want to get rid of him because I raised him from egg and I like all my chickens any help (if needed) would be appreciated. Thanks!

Post pics of your birds.My chickens are 3.5 months old they are definetly not laying yet but I want to be perpared so do I have to kill it because to be honest I don't know for sure if it is a rooster or not

Gender in most breeds can be easily determined by 6 weeks old.
You don't have to kill the males but you might not want to keep them with the females.
Males become sexually mature by 3-4 months old, females not until 6 months old.
The males will harass and try to mate the females before the females are ready,
it can be chaotically stressful and possibly cause injuries.
