I am using up the last of prescribed Baytril 10% oral on a 2.5 lb hen that is no longer laying and we won't be eating. I had someone give her tonight's dose as I wasn't able to do it and they gave her .5 ml instead of .05 ml. Has anyone ever had this happen? Will she be okay? I should have pre-measured it.

Don't stress on the amount given tonight. Hopefully it helps her feel better. One dose is not going to make things worse.
Thank you. She's one of my old girls I've had around for years, quite attached to her.

I don't know Baytril dosing well but I think you might be giving the wrong amount to begin with.
Let me call @casportpony

2.5 pound hen should get how much 10% Baytril?

The dose for a 2.5 pound hen should be 10-15 mg/kg twice a day or 20 mg/kg once a day.
The 0.05ml dose is not enough, you need to give more.

Math:
10 mg/kg - 2.5 / 2.2 x 10 / 100 = 0.11 ml twice a day
15 mg/kg - 2.5 / 2.2 x 15 / 100 = 0.17 ml twice a day
20 mg/kg 2.5 / 2.2 x 20 / 100 = 0.23 ml once a day
