too much eggs, please help...

why mecxican bantam hen now is sitting on her eggs, there are about 20 eggs, and i don't think that she could sit on them all, so i removed some to another box in my coop... should i let another hen inherit them?

Do you have another broody hen? If you don't, then probably none of the others will step up to the plate to sit on them!
