too rooster or not?

i have 4 17 week old pullets 1 on year old hen and just lost my two young rooster to trespassers and om wandering if i should get a fully grown rooster for my girls or will this be harmful to my little girls?

He'll likely try to mate with them. My enormous rooster climbs on top of my tiny bantams. He can't really reach or anything, but it does seem like a lot of weight to bear.
