Too young to sex?

I bought these 4 pullets just shy of 3 weeks ago. Was told they where just shy of a week old at the time. They are blue breasted chocolate leghorn. One is noticeably darker blue. Makes me worry if I have a cockerel and not all pullets? I apologize cause they are flighty shy little things and getting good pics is difficult.

I don't see anything alarming but they're still a bit young to be certain.

When I have skittish chicks I record video and pull stills from the video. Otherwise the little devils turn their heads just as I snap a picture

Blue can vary in shade, so I wouldn't be concerned about a 1-month-old chick being a cockerel just because it's darker.
