I would wait a couple more weeks but it looks like a pullet for the moment. I wouldn't get your hopes up though.
 
I would say Leghorn... pullet? Not sure, I see a bit of a comb there, and has too many spots to be a Leghorn probably
 
I was thinking Cream Legbar, but I think Easter Egger is pretty accurate
 
Its grey and almost black with brown thru the coloring. Almost a red I would say. The mama hen was described to be as "blackish grey" that's all the info I got. Its feet are yellow. But also look like they're getting dark..
