thats not always true. I say its too early so forget about trying to sex it yet. I would wait until it crowed to be sure it was a boy.

My SILKIE has layed eggs, she's the only one that lays eggs on the ground. The silkie is the foster mother of the chick. I'm not sure of the silkies exact age, I'm guessing thats she's somewhere between 1.5 to three years old. The chick didn't lay any eggs.
