I've been trying to figure out if I have pullets or cockerels and what breed my babies might be. Can anyone help? Or are they too young?
Thanks for the input. I will keep you all posted on all their changes as they matureGender--no idea yet.
Breed--cannot be sure yet, but here are guesses:
brown, fuzzy feet, feathers that stick out funny--probably a frizzled cochin
other brown--gold sexlink (red sexlink, red star, various other names)
black--black sexlink (or maybe black australorp)
gray--Easter Egger
For each chick's appearance, I'm guessing the most common breed I know of that could look like that![]()
