Took just the head. No blood no feathers

I don't know what it is, and would be darn interested, but suspect it isn't a racoon. They eat the crops and leave the rest.

I just went home today at lunch time to feed all of my animals and My Silkie Rooster was found on the ramp to the shed without its head or neck. Very clean, no blood. I too can not figure out what happened. If you figure it out, please email.
