Thank-you. My birds decided to complain about the cold. They are all cold hardy but 4 snows in as many weeks is testing their mettle.

We don't usually see any snow till late December at the earliest. It's been cold and rainy since September. Seems like we aren't going to get a break.

3 Light Brahmas, 1 Black Copper Marans and 5 Gold Lace Wynadottes. One of the Brahmas is a cockerel. They are all 23 weeks 2 days. And saving their eggs until spring.

I don't have any yet. I'm new to chicken tending. I hope to eventually do some though.

I have had many here give helpful information. I love this group. In the summer after the girls get the hang of laying, I will start thinking of trying to do some hatching.
