Getting my first batch in the morning. What are your top tips for raising baby chicks?

A warm spot and lots of cool space so they can find their comfort zone.
They grow fast so need room to grow.
Big ventilation for tiny respiratory systems.
Clean water and fresh starter feed kept at about back high so they won't scratch as much bedding and feces into it.
I add probiotics to chicks first water. It is a good idea to use a non-chlorinated/chloraminated water so the chlorine doesn't kill the good bacteria before it can do its job.
I give chick grit from the start as well. It will help develop the gizzard.
Don't give treats till they are much older. They need the optimal nutrition in feed.
