TOP OF EGG TURING GRAY ON LOCK DOWN, SEE PICTURE!!!

Egg is on lock down. Has internally piped, not externally. Just noticed that the top is turning gray. Everyone is saying don't touch or open it.... So I don't even know if it is still alive. Should I be concerned about this graying???

DO NOT OPEN THAT BATOR. I have had this happen before, and the chicks were just fine. Yours should be too. Listen for peeping and look for some rolling going on.
