got the topper chicken coop almost finished. Dang this weather

Guy said the chickens are about 2 years old.... so far about 8 eggs total....
Hubby did the back "people door: yesterday.we covered it with hardware cloth.....
It does not look real good(the coop) but not bad. I probably should have put a shed roof on it, instead of the topper.
If it wasnt so windy cool I would check out the inside to see if it is "dry" I will prob do so anyway because if curiosity.
We also need to put some metal ,prob aluminum at the ends for a flashing to keep out rain etc.
There are some space between some of the fence board... That would be good for ventilation in warm weather.will put some of those "round small vent near the top....
We used fencing panels ,used, bought from a guy we know....
The panels are prob pressure great condition but older.... I will probably side the outside in siding....like vinyl or aluminum..... Inside may use some pine thin board if I can find or some oak slab thin wood.....
with the lightweight aluminum topper it gives plenty of light.....
But maybe we should make some small "windows" or peepholes, so chickens can see out
presently yall might remember, I bought 2 of those pieces of junk "hen houses" from Tractor Supply. plus one matching"run" plus I have 3 hens in one, and two hens and Roo in other one. Hubby put some wheels on each unit so I can roll them out of the "Shelter Up".
I also using big dog wire cages to give them extra space pushed up against their little."coop"
We have our utility trailer tied up with slab firewood right now.
Otherwise I would have spent over $200 for a 6 by 10 by 10 chain link kennel
Heck I already have over $500 tied up in those TSC "hen houses"
I also mentioned that I wanna use cattle panels for the run. with hardware cloth wired to the panels.... I bought the cattle panels last year new....
But since the run would only be 50 high I could not get in the run without hunching over... LOL so we are weighing options for adding height....
If we could find another worker prob would be "done" enough o let them move in
I bought two more 50 rolls of hardware cloth yesterday. The Hardware cloth was almost the same price as the poultry wire....
so far Roo has escaped and one or two hens, me trying to transfer them or move their little TSC houses....
Temp have rubber mat in the bottom over bare ground . Hubby cut four sets out of our big garage floor mat. I have the ribbed sides down.. pull them out each day and scrape and scrubs, rinse them.... a pain.. will be glad when they can move in the BIG HOUSE... LOL
The "coop" is approx 4 by 7 or so the size of the truck topper.... it sits only about 4 inches off the ground/
Also used fencing panels on the floor. Some are cracked and will replace.
Prob put down vinyl on top of that.
Screwed two- 2 by 4s diagonally in one corner, so far. one oak 6 inch wide thin slab at top for "roosts"
Prob will put nest boxes on right side, more level thre. the left side of coop goes slightly downhill....
any thoughts?

chickens been in for a while still need to put nest boxes on outside.
For now (nest boxes) its inside the coop.
also need to put some decent siding etc on outside of coop. Had cardboard screwed inside to cove the gaps in the fencing boards" to keep out drafts.
took lots of the inside cardboard down yesterday it was in the low 70 degrees outside
Thanks all

I know I should but it doesnt look decent hope to post pics soon
naw it looks decent but not good yet. since took down inside cardboard. worried last nite. it got down to 34 degrees. So Hubby and I put some plastic over two sides with crews and big fender washers and closed topper windows.
may have to peel back plastic on people door at tops since its to be about 50 degrees tonight
