Torn earlobe

I noticed yesterday that one of my hens has a torn earlobe. I am guessing it't from fighting with the rooster. It didn't bleed but it is torn wide open. I don't know what to do with it. She doesn't seem to be in any pain, she act fine, is eating good. Should I start her on antibiotics so infection doesn't set in or just watch it? I don't know if this is something that will heal back by itself. I have only had chicken since March of last year. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

It is bleeding a little this morning as she shakes her head. It looks nasty.
