Tornado brewing - PIC HEAVY

Well I hope something will make it in the garden...... I have deer netting all the way around one garden, and I'm hoping that protected from some hail although the top wasn't covered - the hail was being blown sideways alot.... I did see two pea plants still standing, two beans still standing as well.... and I did just plant some seeds last week that hadn't come up yet - so they're probably still ok.... lets hope we don't get another storm like that too soon. I see my plum and apple tree's have got tiny little fruit on them.

It got kinda creepy outside when I was taking those pic's - the light was really strange, and it got very quiet except for the wind........... all the birds stopped singing and it was just really weird.
My hubby and I saw one HUGE bird still flying around, I think it was a turkey vulture.

Glad you and chickies are safe and sound. Oh, and you weren't "rushing around for nothing". You were protecting your family.

I have been through a couple of tornadoes and they are really scary.

That is how it gets before a hurricane too!!! really quiet, and a weird, yellowish light. Glad it turned out to be a false alarm!!
