Tosa Kojidori????

I'm wanting to buy some Tosa Kojidori(japanese old style Tosa) or Uzurao (japanese small rumplessness)birds?

How the heck would I find these birds?
Can I even buy them in the USA?
Are there any small Jidori birds available in the US?

Also does has anybody ever raised the Tosa-Onagadori(japanese long tailed)? Are those available in the US?
Any pics of these birds would be nice too.
