Hi there - I have a question. My neighbor bought two dozen eggs of my free range eggs yesterday from me. They had been in the refrigerator when I gave them to her. They stayed in her car all day (mid 90s in Texas yesterday). She asked me if they were still good. I am not sure since I had them in the refrigerator first...What do you think? Should she toss them after being in the heat all day?

I think they will be fine as long as they were not broken or cracked. Just put in the fridge and use them up first. Crack them into a small dish and then dump into whatever you are making - that way you can dispose of any that look funky or smell off before contaminating whatever you make with the eggs.
I am guilty of shopping on my lunch break and leaving the eggs in the car until evening when I go home, probably about 6 hours in a hot car, and those are the manhandled/washed/sanitized grocery store eggs. I have never had an issue.
