Total Chicken Newbie!

So, we took my cousins daughter and my DIL's niece (who lives with us) to Ace Hardware and bought chicks! They were in a borrowed brooder contraption in the house for about 3 weeks and we recently moved them outside to the coop we'd bought on Amazon. Soon realized they need a chicken run pronto! I guess that's on the docket for this weekend! They've been eating chick starter all along, but I'm finding out, thanks to this site, they can eat lots of other things! Decided to join today because this site has already been so helpful, and let's face it, I have no idea what I'm doing! I don't even know what kind of chickens we have!
