Sorry it does not, but you only need to set the timer when we are not in the daylight saving season. So in that regard it doesn't matter.

Print the other chart too, it tells you how many hours of light per day. As you can see the light drops to a point where you need to add light once out of daylight savings time. Basically in winter.
