Hey there! I think there are questions you need to ask yourself before you get your chicks.
What do you want out of your chickens? Predator resistance? Meat? Eggs? A pet? Or a combination of these. THEN do some research and pick your breed accordingly.
Also make sure you are ready for all that having chickens entails. So also read up on the care of chickens. Too many people take chicks home before they are ready!
