Hi. Im in not so sunny Cornwall

We are in equally sunny Norwich, Norfolk. We have 2 Silkies, a Jersey Giant, a Frizzle, a Polish and as of this afternoon 2 Mandarin Ducks.
Loving keeping poultry, it's proving rather addictive! :-D

Should I chose a coop where the run has a roof? Its very wet and windy here

I have an S4 and am able to from my phone so I should think an S3 can do it too. I use the phones browser to access the forum and in the reply box there is a square icon (3rd one along) which allows you to insert a picture.

Our current coop has a roof (its the same as the pic of the one you posted previously) however we are a couple of days off of finishing building our new run which will not have a roof. The hens will just have access to their new house for direct shelter. It is however sheltered two of the 4 sides by the garage wall and a 6ft fence.

http://oegclub.com/photographs The Am OEG club has a bunch of pictures up of colors if you want to try to match them... tI'd vote in that picture of four you have a black, blue, blue gold duckwing in back and a red pyle in front... the single kind of looks like a black breasted red maybe a mixed color?
