Here and sorta to chickens tho not really:D
I raised chickens( cant recall breeds but 4 different ones), 2 roosters( bantam silkie and stand white leghorn)
2 turkeys( male and female) 1 duck along with other farm yard babies a few years ago and am now on 7 acres and in another state and in a whole new life;) so am ready to start anew.

I live in Haddock/outside of Macon and am looking for chickens ( babies) to start my family

any help would be appreciated

at the PRESENT I can house safely and comfortably 8-10
we are in the works of making a portable run to allow them safe passage about the yards so as to keep the other critters from snatchin them and/or causing harm.

Edited to add state to subject line.

I appreciate the replies and will take my time as the right gals and roo will come along I am sure

I am in the process of rethinking the run area on how to construct this as the coop my lovie built me is very portable so I can move them about the yard or it to be cleaned with ease and until I get the flock ready to free range I want them protected from our hawks and other nasties I am sure lurk the back 100( not mine )

I will post pics later as I have to take them but for a first I think he did an awesome job its just still in the construction phase as its not 100% complete
