Totals for last processing day.

The last two years have been word of mouth. Next year I am also selling out of a small farm that is like a petting zoo. People can come in to the admission barn and purchase things and have lunch without going on to the farm. So they have the foot traffic and I am adding a couple pigs next year as well.

I plan on doubling my production for the farm and still working by word of mouth. We will freeze and sell out of the freezer the following;

whole, 1/2, 1/4's

totally. completely agree with you.. i just hadn't heard of feeding cooked carcasses before.

my dogs get all the goods of processing. if there is a cull sometimes they will take a whole bird and bury it for a few weeks until it's "good" enough to eat.

by the way... really cool the set up you have going on! i like the concept you have
