And do you want 12 pairs of scissors? I just use my serrated bread knife on the wide end and works fine, I don’t recommend hard boiling though, it took me two hours to peel 45, cute but very time consuming, sort of like homemade croissants, five seconds to eat, a whole day to prepare!
 
Soak the hard boiled eggs in vinegar for a couple hours or overnight. The acid dissolves the calcium from the shell, and the egg pops right out.
