Toxic Parents book name???

Someone posted awhile ago about toxic parents and lots of people chimed in with recommended books. There was one that came up a lot but I can't remember the name of it. I have a patient whose mother and sister seem to be cutting her out of the family. It is really heartbreaking and she is really struggling with how to deal with this. I would like to offer her a book to read. Does anyone have a good book???
