Thanks for all the advice folks. I plan to put some of this into action.
I did finally have to "discipline" Lucy today - she came up on the porch and would not get down, so I went and picked her up and put her down on the ground. She was not pleased, but she did not come back up on the porch again today after that. The steps are higher than they can comfortably get back down, and I'm afraid they'll fall and break a leg or something. But if I put up a baby gate, the dogs can't get up and down.
I do need to set some boundaries, I guess - before they get to be sexually mature and turn into horrible geese.
If they were babies, it wouldn't be so bad, and yes, they are only 4 months old, but they are full grown in size.
Oh, and I bought some Kale seed today to make a little garden for all of them. Of course, I'll have to plant it and hide it until it is big enough
or they'll eat it down to nubs before it has a chance to grow. Maybe I'll put it into many pots, so I can spread the love, so to speak (and save the others from having to fight the geese for the tasty stuff.)
