Heres my take and current project on the mobile chicken stagecoach that keeps popping up around here.

Almost done...

If I'd seen a design like this before we built ours, I would have gone this route! I love the color - I wanted green for our coop but was outvoted! Darn democracy!

Thanks. Last night I lined the inside with vinyl Updated pics soon to come. Thanks for looking

If you look at just the run portion and cover it with tarps, that is what we are using for pasture shelters for young birds. It is nice not to have to clean up after them, just slide the shelter. The shelter is in an electronetted pasture, and the birds roam that during the day and are shut in in the shelter at night against owls (electronet has kept out the rest of the riff raff).

I think yours looks much better than ours, and I am sure you will get a lot of enjoyment out of it.

Good job!

wow thanks again for the great comments. Ive had fun building it but im ready for it to be done

Ill add some more photos in the next few days.

I think you should stick the mannequin form on top. Put a blond curly blond wig on it. Cover the coop with a floral fabric with ruffles. Then when the chickens do come out, it'll be like the the old lady in the shoe.

How tall and wide is the run? I am going to try that with wire cattle panels covered with chicken wire. I would like it tall enough to go inside to clean or catch a bird if need be. It doesn't have to be 6 ft but at least where you could bend a little and walk around in there. I really like the wood on the end with the door.

It is really nice and neat looking.
