Tractor light enough to move, but sturdy enough for wind

Thank you for all of your suggestions! You are all awesome!!! I had the run made of scrap 1x4's put together with wood screws (always use screws, never nails). The problem was there was not enough weight to keep the roof from acting as a sail when it got windy. I tried to weight it down with 5 gallon buckets filled with rocks since they have handles and I could move them easier than the concrete piers that I used initially. Then I tried a larger run made from schedule 40 PVC and made a short covered area inside to hide from the elements. Both of these attached to the hen house that was built with 2x4's and heavy as heck to move, even on wheels. I thought this run would work since it did not have a roof to catch the wind. But, alas, it still acted like wavy gravy and cracked at the joints where cemented. Then, when the short, three-sided cover caught the wind and crashed into the PVC it was all over!

You have made some great suggestions! I appreciate it tremendously.

Just finished this one and I live on top of Hill in Central Texas with LOTS of wind.
Last week, 20-30, with gusts to near 50.
It weighs about 300 but i have it staked.
