Tractor or small coop for 3 chickens

Lowe's has posted the plans for a 3 hen coop and I thought I'd share. I would change the roost bar to a flat 2x4 and put a droppings board under it but the directions are excellent

Very cute, but wow the estimated cost is really high for housing that will only handle about 3 chickens. I would think a person could build bigger and still come in under $500.
