Tractor Supply Bantams

#3 is a Belgian d'Uccle or Booted bantam, depending on the presence of muffs on the face, millie fleur colored. There should be five toes if I'm right, and muffs are adorable. I can sex mine by three weeks of age, by the larger red combs on the males.
If #4 has black skin, it's a Silkie.
More photos, full body, later, will help.
Ask what hatchery they came from, and then find out what bantams that hatchery carries. Also, feathersite has many many great pictures to compare.

The only rooster I can see is the Mille Fleur d'Uccle (red comb) for now
The hens look like a Buff Cochin (the other buff colored smooth feathered chick) and Barred Cochin (the darkest one)
The silkie will probably take a couple months until you know for sure as silkies can take up to 6 months before they can be sexed
How old did you say they are?

You have what I believe is a Buff Silkie, Buff Cochin, Mille Fleur d'Uccle (or possibly Booted bantam, if lacking beard/muffs), and Barred Cochin. :) So far, your only definite cockerel is the d'Uccle.

Like bantamsrmyfav stated, you'll have to wait quite a while before accurately determining the gender of that fluffy Silkie.
