Tractor Supply Coops

Has anyone tried any coops from Tractor Supply lately? I was looking at the Terrace coop for my six chicks to move into but when I marked out the dimensions of it it seemed a bit small. Is this my illusion or is it actually pretty small? I was planning on building a coop but the building materials aside from the free pallets I have was going to add up to as much as one of these.

That coop itself is about 10 square feet inside, so enough space for what is generally recommended for 2-3 chickens... most of the commercial coop kits really seem to overestimate how many chickens you can keep in them. The wood is also usually pretty flimsy and will not stand up to any kind of weather. You're most probably going to be able to build a much better coop for the money.

That's what I figured. I will stick with building one. I already have pallets. The big cost is going to be on plywood and net wire
