Tractor Supply - Curb Side Pickup?

It probably depends on your state and what shelter at home orders are in place.

I've found their website and even sometimes, their employees, to be unreliable. We were running low on chick crumbles and our co-op did not have any in stock/wouldn't be for at least another 2 weeks. I called Tractor Supply and they said they were out. My husband, not knowing I had already called them to check, stopped on his way home from work since he drives past it, walked in, found two bags on the shelve and bought one.

i ordered some stuff on line - they texted me that my order was ready for pickup - drove to the store and parked by a metal fence that had sign - on line pick up here call - they had a telephone number listed to call and let them know that you are there for pickup - when I called I got a message that said because of high volume of calls I would have to wait - I ended up going into the store to tell them I was there for pickup - I really did not want to go in the store because of my age - other then that it went ok - I think it would be better if they had a buzzer to press to let them know that you are there for pickup

Hopefully y’all can give TSC and it’s employees a break. I work at TSC and am coincidentally one of the people in charge of freight. For as long as I’ve been there our store got the main delivery (2trucks) on Wednesday at 5am. Since the shut down we have had multiple deliveries throughout the week and have no way to determine when or what. Our regular delivery moved to Thursday and now Friday. Today’s 5am truck showed up at 7am, the second truck showed up as our team was leaving for the day. It took all our energy to get everything inside before having to clock out( like I said we started at 5am). Even though we had clocked off quite a few employees stayed on and helped “throw feed” meaning we knew what people had been calling about the most and had to dig through pallets of food to get out on the shelves what we knew people would be stopping in to look for. All of this going on while we are still running peoples orders out to the parking lot, oh and running to the post office to get chicks and get them settled in, and answering phone calls from people who actually get angry when we can’t find the exact pack of tiny bolts they are looking for in the mountain of product still under wraps, or the lady who actually yelled at the cashier because she wouldn’t give her the sale price on a blueberry bush (Trees were on sale) and yelled that a bush and a tree are the same things! It has been like this since the first week in March and we are all getting burned out to say the least.

I agree, the Tractor Supply near me has gone above and beyond -- the difficulty is the store guys do not have any control over the web site.

My one complaint with my local tractor supply is that they're just TERRIBLE with inventory. If you go in needing 4 things, they'll have 2 of them and there will be 2 empty spaces on the shelf where the other things should be. It seems to be a theme with the RI and southern MA area....not sure if that extends to other parts of the country.

For example, tomorrow I want to buy 6 cattle panels...I'll have to go the 3rd or 4th closest TSC to me because the closest two have two total between them.
