Solved Trade or swap?

I’m unsure of the difference can someone explain? What is the difference between swap forum and trade forum

Hi

Trade section is for money transactions with the exception of the free rehoming section. Where as the swap section is for swapping one item for another. You can find the rules for swapping in the link below. Hope this helps.

Well then I’m unsure why my thread got moved it’s more confusing than before. I posted a thread in swap because I’m interested in swapping a cockerel for something else but it got moved to buy sell trade what for

Your thread will have been moved as it reads like you wish to purchase pullets and not swap anything.

The swap section is not for just swapping one or 2 birds. It is for an organized swap like this one, where many people come together to swap with each other. If you are wanting to swap (trade) one bird, yours is an ad which should go in the appropriate Buy Sell Trade area of the forum.

Swap means like a group of people get-together...think park or at a store...actually think like a garage sale or auction.
TRADE is what you want...to trade your bird for another.
