Training rooster to fly like a falcon

So it may sound funny but first of i always love falconry but it is very expensive and i dont have money for it but i like idea of big bird flying by your command onto your arm,then when i saw people teach chickens to perch and fly onto peoples arms and fly from them made me really excited to try that myself so if somebody has experience with this please let me know.my guestions are first off which species is best to train to fly like this(phoenix,leghorn,australorp,american game,italian)
Second how to train them to do this
And third from what age to train them.

I did this all the time, with EEs and a D’anver banty, welsummers I think, and a couple red sex links too.

They just did, sometime you gotta give ‘em push of your arm, my EE rip Sunshine, was my best girl with a record of 50+ft. Lol
