Trampled baby help!

Checked on my chicks this morning and found the smallest one squished under the others. He's weak, can't hold up his head and is gasping. What can i do to try and save him? I'm going to try and get a video. He's 2 weeks old

Try giving him a drop or two of sugar water or a drop or two of poultry nutri drench if you have it. Use an eyedropper and put a drop on the side of his beak to drink. Repeat every few hours. That's all you can do and hopefully he'll pull through.
