Transfering eggs for lockdown???

I have eggs in a still air incubator with a turner that on on day 17. I want to put them in another bator for lockdown so how do I do this quickly or if I leave them in the bator they are in, I will need to take them out of the turner and on the screen. Do I need someone to help move the eggs so the temp doesn't decrease too much? Help!!
