Oh my goodness, hard to believe it's the same bird!

It's not easy for me to get used to these changes (much less try to predict how they will look as adults), I'm a dog person and dogs seldom change colour so drastically.... LOL

I know I really lucked out with him. All that beauty and a sweet disposition to boot. I'm a lucky girl! Especially since the deal I had with my husband was for hens only. Quess I unintentionally snuck a rooster in there...oops!

Hi all. he is one beautiful boy and I am happy to say I knew him as an egg. I can shed some light on his background. his mom was a salmon favorelle and his dad was a splash silkie.
