I just put my chickens in the run in the evening and then move them all to the closed portion of the coop when it starts getting dark. I take their food in the house with me. In the morning as the sun is coming up I go open the doors to the run and let them spend the day doing as they please. I put the food and water out in the yard and a bit apart. They love being out there and after five days it was easy to get them to go to the run at dusk. My coop looks just like yours.
